About STAGE HAND STUDIO

What is Home Staging?

Home staging is a design process that showcases a home for sale. This is done to create an appealing first impression to potential home buyers in the real estate market.

It is our philosophy that a home should not appear like it has been staged, but that it has been designed intentionally. Great staging tells the story of each room in a way that allows you to flow through it naturally. The furniture and decor used is meant to complement and accentuate the features of the home. We feel that using a combination of vintage, new, and artisan furniture and decor creates a warm and inviting space that is both appealing and approachable to the most amount of buyers.

Our curated staging sets the scene for both the online photos + home tours.

Why Use Stage Hand Studio?

Home Staging is an investment. The goal is to attract the most amount of buyers, so the home sells quickly and efficiently. This happens when the home is properly prepared and showcased with great staging. It is a collaborative effort from the Homeowner, Realtor, and Stager all working together to make this a reality.

We believe in the power of strong relationships and doing things the right way. Staging is not meant to hide the flaws of a home or trick people in buying into a trendy lifestyle. It’s a tool for real estate that can have a great return on investment when we all work hard and stay true to what is possible.
